Rental rates are subject to change until confirmed. Confirmation is made when a contract is signed and a deposit is received.
Cleanings are performed immediately following check out. Check out time is at 10AM sharp. Any check out past the ten o'clock hour is grounds for loss of security deposit.
All eight beds are made up with sheets. Towels are placed in both bathrooms.
We are licenced with the state of NH to collect NH rental taxes and we send in the payment for you. NH charges an 8% rental tax on vacation home rentals.
